Leadership
Leadership at New Generation Church covers many areas of church life. It is best clarified by the areas below, but Leadership does extend beyond these into many different settings.
Our Oversight team leads and oversees the whole church.
LEADERSHIP Team
This team each has a responsibility within the church.
These leaders are responsible for specific areas, such as children, youth, adults, community action and the office team. Then within those different zones we have people leading on the core teams.
SOUL groups are our mid-week small groups for church members who meet twice a month.
TRUSTEES
The trustees focus on various areas of organisational management and aim to release the leadership and staff to concentrate on the direction, life and spiritual well being of the church.
