We all need some help sometimes and particularly at the moment as we navigate

through the Coronavirus Pandemic we may need extra support.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, at risk of abuse or experiencing financial

hardship there are people you can speak to.

Mental Health

Mental Health Foundation – provides information and support for anyone with mental health problems or learning disabilities.

SANE – emotional support, information and guidance for people affected by mental illness and their families and carers.
